We are always working on mitigating the amount of waste which the shipping of our raw ingredients entails by ordering in bulk quantities whenever possible, minimizing the distance of freight shipments to drastically cut our greenhouse gas emissions, sourcing domestically whenever possible, and only working with suppliers who have demonstrated a similar integrity towards sustainable and ecological commitments. Of course, we are also committed to only working with organic ingredients that are completely Non-GMO verified and do not cause the pollution or irrevocable destruction of the natural environment through genetic modification and pesticide use.

8th Wonder Tea sources Fair Trade Tea for its main raw ingredient sources whenever the option is available in an organic variety that is appropriate for our formulations. We are a proud member of the 1% for the Planet organization and through their third party authentication program are able to donate 1% of our annual profits to water.org (https://water.org/).Water.org is a global nonprofit organization working to bring water and sanitation to the world. Through our partnership, we are helping to ensure that water is safe, accessible, and cost-effective through affordable financing, such as small loans. Water.org gives their everything every day to empower people in need with these life-changing resources – giving women hope, children health and families a bright future.

All 8th Wonder Tea products are 100% Certified Organic through Quality Assurance International (QAI). We are committed to only creating and providing products which maintain the health of our consumers and the soils on which we as humans, all depend. To ensure that none of our products have been contaminated with agricultural pesticides we work cooperatively with The Detox Project: Glyphosate Free Certification program (https://detoxproject.org/) so the goodness in our cans contains nothing but delicious organic tea with zero unwanted chemicals.

8th Wonder Tea is a Certified Vegan company through our partnership with vegan.org (https://vegan.org/). Everything we conceptualize, craft, and create is plant based and cruelty free!

Yes. All packaging sourced and used by 8th Wonder Tea is BPA Free.

The Apple Ashwagandha Chai contains: 39.9mg of caffeine per can 

The Green Tea Passionfruit Ginseng contains: 30.3mg of caffeine per can 

The Oolong Mangostten Turmeric contains: 18mg of caffeine per can 

The Rooibos Vanilla Moringa contains: 0mg caffeine per can (caffeine free… naturally!)

For reference, one 8 ounce cup of coffee contains 80 to 100 milligrams of caffeine on average.

8th Wonder Tea contains anywhere from 6 grams to 9 grams of naturally occurring sugar per can. We never add any refined sugar or cane sugar derivatives in our teas nor do we use sugar alternatives/alcohols (stevia, monk fruit, erythritol, allulose, etc). We are firm believers that simple is best. Therefore, any delicious sweetness in our teas comes directly from nature’s source: organic fruit— because, call us old-fashioned, but we think that’s what Mother Nature intended all along. 

Yes! And we are proud of it! Look for the Non-GMO Project’s monarch butterfly seal on our cans for added reassurance. All of 8th Wonder Tea’s products are Non-GMO Verified through the Non-GMO Project and any future flavors will go through this same testing.
